What happens to my credits if I don't use them?
Your unused credits roll-over to the next month. They will expire, if you cancel your plan.
How can I change my Pro plan?
You can downgrade or upgrade your plan in your account settings. Changing to a larger plan becomes effective immediately, whereas moving to a smaller plan takes effect the day the subscription renews. Your credit will be transferred to the new plan.
How can I invite team members to my account?
You can invite them via sharing a link or sending an invite via email.
How much does adding team members cost?
There are 10 seats on Pro Standard and 50 on Pro Ultimate included. If you need more, see Pro Enterpise.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
Yes, the subscription is automatically renewed every month or year, depending on the billing you have chosen, and it is charged from the credit card saved on your account.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you may cancel the subscription from your account settings. The subscription will remain valid until the last date of your billing cycle, but will not renew.
What are the payment options?
We accept credit/debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, or you can pay via Paypal. If you need to make a payment by invoice, please reach out to our customer service team.

What license covers the design assets?
All premium items are covered by the Basic License, which allows commercial use without attribution. For the free items, licenses vary.
